约氏疟原虫对肿瘤的抑制作用研究

摘    要:本文以约氏疟原虫感染接种S180瘤细胞的小鼠,研究约氏疟原虫对小鼠瘤块大小及存活情况的影响,结果表明:疟原虫清除后再接种S180的实验组和先接种S180再感染约氏疟原虫的实验组的瘤块大小明显小于单纯接种S180的对照组。实验组小鼠的存活时间也显著得到延长.表明约氏疟原虫虽然不能抑制肿瘤的发生,但对S180瘤细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用.

Abstract:To study the impact of parasite to the size of tumor and the survival of mice, the S180 mice were infected by Plasmodium yoelii. Two experiment groups were performed with two controls. One group was inoculated with S180 after the parasites were clear completely, the other was inoculated with S180 firstly and then infected by P. yoelii. The first control group was only inoculated with S180 while the other was only infected with P. yoelii. The result showed that the tumor diameter of mice in the experiment groups were dramatically smaller than that of the first control. Furthermore, the survival time of the two experiment groups were also prolonged significantly. The work confirmed that the malaria parasite can not suppress tumorigenesis, but the malariotherapy caused by P. yoelii significantly inhibit the growth of S180.
