摘    要:通过问卷、访谈等调查研究,分析了目前农村小学科学教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题,并提出对策、建议,以期为农村小学科学教师队伍发展规划提供借鉴依据.

Abstract:By using the methods of interview, questionnaire, we have analyzed the current situation and existing problem of teachers, of science profession development in the rural primary schools, offer countermeasure proposal. We have a try to provide the basis of reference for the development of teachers , of science in the rural primary school and planning of teachers, development.
