龙眼壳总黄酮分离纯化工艺的研究

摘    要:比较了AB-8、HPD-300、HPD-600、HPD-722四种大孔吸附树脂对龙眼壳中总黄酮的吸附及解吸性能。筛选出效果最好的树脂来分离纯化龙眼壳总黄酮,确定其最优吸附及解吸等工艺参数.结果表明:HPD-300树脂适用于龙眼壳总黄酮的纯化,吸附条件为上柱液pH为5.0、总黄酮浓度为6mg/mL、上柱液流速为1BV/h,经1BV/h流速的70%乙醇洗脱.龙眼壳总黄酮的含量可达到75.4%.

Abstract:The comparison of four types of Macropomus adsorption resin AB-8,HPD-300, HPD-600 and HPD-722 in absorption and desorption of total flavonoids from Longan Pefcarp was studied. The best effect of Macroporous adsorption resin was used to purified total flavonoids from Longan Pericarp, and determined the optimal parameters of absorption and desorption. The results showed that Macroporous adsorption resin HPD-300 was fit for separation and purification of total flavonoids from Longan Pericarp. The optimum techincal conditions were that the pH value of 5.0,the concentration 6 mg/mL of sample solution and the eluting rate 1 BWh for absorption, and the eluting rate 1 BV/h of 70% ethanol for desorption. After optimal condition purification, the content of total Longan Periearp flavonoids reached 75.4%.
