混合金属氢氧化物的增粘机理

摘    要:通过显微电泳、粒度分布、流变性等实验,证明单一氢氧化物及其机械混合物都有增粘作用,且效果与氢氧化物电性基本无关,氢氧化物/粘土体系的颗粒沉降过程呈飞跃式。分析结果表明;氢氧化物颗粒通过水化链外的氢与粘土水化链外端的氧相连接。构成封闭型水分子链空间网络,产生了较高的粘度和切力。混合金属氢氧化物产品不能完全脱水,影响颗粒水化的处理剂难以与其它泥浆较好地配伍。

Abstract:The zeta potential of mixed metal hydroxide(MMH)colloid was al tered inthree ways,The viscosifying effect of MMH showed no remark difference. The viscosifyingfunction of MMH may be attributed to the similar functions of its components-Al (OH)_3 andMg(OH)_z. The viscosifying mechanism of hydroxides was considered that clay particles andhydroxide particles in full hydration state may be linked up mutually through H_2O chains andcan form a space-network structure with the free bulk water and hydrated ions in itsintervals;This physical model is in accordence with several experimental phenomena.
