滇藏五味子化学成分的研究

摘    要: 首次对滇藏五味子(Schisandra neglacta A.C.Smith)的化学成分进行了研究.采用硅胶柱层析等方法从中分离纯化得 7个化合物,通过波谱技术和理化常数对照确定了它们的化学结构,包括 3个四环三萜酸(1-3)、3个甾体(4-6)及儿茶素(7).

Abstract:The chemical constituents of Schisandra neglacta were studied for the first time and seven compounds were obtained.The structures of these compounds were elucidated mainly by spectral methods as three tetracyclo-triterpene acids (1-3),three steroids (4-6) and (+)catechin (7).
