| 摘 要： | 通过对某多层框架结构办公楼的现场检测,对改变使用用途的建筑进行了抗震鉴定.针对抗震能力不足,结合使用功能,巧妙地采用调整荷载分布,直接加固主、次梁,避免了数量大、难度大的楼板加固,取得较大的经济效益.为其他用途改变建筑的抗震鉴定、加固提供了参考和加固新思路. |

| Abstract: | A reinforced concrete frame structure was tested at site and then seismic evaluation for this structure after function changes was completed. Its structural deficiency of seismic bearing capacity has been found. Considering of this structure’s function,strengthen girders and secondary beams and adjust activity loading arrangement to avoid the strengthening of a large number of slab which is difficult to do and obtain tremendous economical advantage. This article provides reference and new idea for the seismic evaluation and strengthening method on the reinforced concrete frame structure building after function changes. |
