钛基二氧化铅电极及其在流化床电沉积中的应用

摘    要:本文描述了钛基二氧化铅电极的基本性质及制作的工艺过程。指出电极的损坏主要有3种形式:脱落、散落、失活,探讨了损坏的机理,并提出了提高电极寿命的方法。作为析氧体系中的不溶性阳极、钛基二氧化铅电极在流化床中进行了应用试验。

Abstract:This paper deals with the basic character and plating procedure ofTi-supported Lead Dioxide electrode. Three models of failure, shadding,thinning and deactivation have been identified, possible mechanism offailure is investigated and the methods of increasing electrode lifetimeare given. As oyxgen evolving anodes, Ti-supported Lead Dioxide elec-trodes have been tested in fluidized bed.
