摘    要:微核测试法广泛应用于快速评定物理和化学诱变因子对生物体内染色体的损伤。本实验在测定杀虫双、甲胺磷和速灭杀丁三种农药对黄鳝96小时半致死浓度的基础上,在半致死浓度和安全浓度之间设置五个浓度组,研究了每个浓度组对黄鳝红细胞微核率的影响。实验结果表明,杀虫双、甲胺磷和速灭杀丁对黄鳝96小时半致死浓度分别为12.02、2.37和0.134ppm。这三种农药都能诱导黄鳝红细胞微核率的提高,而且农药浓度与微核率变化呈正相关性,随着农药浓度的升高,微核率出现高峰的时间也提前。值得注意的是即使农药浓度较低时,微核率的变化也是显著的,在评定水质时,要考虑到农药对鱼类遗传物质潜在的损害。

Abstract:This paper deals with acute toxicity tests and micronucleus tests of three pesticides on Monopterus albus. The results indicated that 96hr LC_(50) of the pesticides, shachongshuan, methamidophos and fenvalerate, were 12.02, 2.37 and 0.134ppm, respectively. After having poisoned by each pesticide, the frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes showed a dosedependent elevation, and reached a maximum after 12 or 24 hours of exposure. With the increase of the doses of each pesticide, the highest micronucleus rate appeared earlier. The frequency of micronucleated erythrocytes showed a significant augment, even though the low concetration of each pesticide was used. It was suggested that when evaluting water quality, we consider damage of pesticides to fish genetic material.
