| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国民经济和社会发展的中坚力量,对推动经济增长、优化经济结构、扩大就业、促进科技创新以及增加税收等方面发挥越来越重要的作用.但长期以来,中小企业融资难的问题一直成为中小企业进一步发展的重要制约因素,我国尤显突出.通过对中小企业现状的分析,在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上探索解决我国中小企业融资难的相关对策.

| Abstract: | Medium and small-sized enterprises,the nucleus of the national economy and social development,play an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth,optimizing the economic structure,expanding employment and promoting technological innovation and increasing taxes.However for a long period of time,the financing of SMEs has been a difficult factor of SMEs for the further development in our country.Through the analysis of the status of SMEs,learning from the experience of developed countries,this article attempts to find out the related countermeasures to solve the SMEs financing difficulties in our country. |
