Abstract:
Erns is a highly glycosylated envelope protein of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) with RNase activity. Erns can induce neutralizing antibodies and provide immune protection against CSFV infection. In this study, the RNase domain of the Erns was produced in Escherichia coli.
