| 摘 要： | 将６只成年公犬随机分为（１）每日２０ｍｇ稀土／ｋｇ体重；（２）１０ｍｇ稀土；（３）每日１００ｍｇＶＥ；（４）２０ｍｇ稀土＋１００ｍｇＶＥ；（５）１０ｍｇ稀土＋５０ｍｇＶＥ和（６）对照，连续饲喂４０天，采精检查精液品质。实验结果，饲喂两种剂量的稀土，显著提高了公犬精液量、精子密度和精子活力，降低了畸型精子、死精子率和精子顶体异常率，缩短了精子美兰褪色时间。单独饲喂ＶＥ或与稀土配合使用，对于提高公犬精液品质各项指标均有显著作用

| Abstract: | adult dogs were treated as follows:(1)per daily 20mg rare earth element(REE)/kg body weight;(2)per day 10mg REE;(3)per day 100mg V E;(4)20mg REE+100mg V E;(5)10mg REE+500mgV E and;(6)contrast.Experiment result;tow dogs REE improved semen volume,density and motility,and reduced deformity sperm,sperm mortality rate,and abnormal rate of sperm crown,shorten the times of fade of methylane blue.Single fed V E or compound with REE could remakably improve the semen quality of dogs. |
