道德悖论逻辑归属问题探究及其拓展

基于普通逻辑的悖论研究既不能准确把握道德理论悖论的辩证特性,更不能为道德实践悖论提供令人信服的逻辑支撑。只有诉诸于辩证思维和辩证逻辑,才能真正揭示悖论本质,并就道德悖论逻辑作出恰当定位。道德理论悖论应当归属纯粹理性逻辑范畴,而道德实践悖论因具有与之不同却又相似相通的形成原因和解悖路径,可以划归极具辩证意义的实践理性悖论,从而引发逻辑及其悖论研究的领域突破与学术创新,构建统摄纯粹思维与行为推理、理论理性与实践理性的全新的逻辑学说和悖论学科。

On the Logical Belongingness of Moral Paradox

Paradox research based on general logic can not accurately grasp the dialectical attribute of moral theory paradox,nor can it provide convincing logical support for moral practice paradox.Only to appeal to dialectical thought and dialectical logic,can we expose the nature of paradox and make an appropriate logical location for moral paradox.Moral theory paradox should belong to the logic of pure rational thinking.Moral practice paradox is different from but similar and interlinked to moral theory paradox in the formation reason and ways of resolving paradox. Therefore,it can be incorporated into the practice rational paradox with the most dialectical significance, which can bring about breakthrough and academic innovation in the domain of logic and paradox research and construct brand - new logic and paradox disciplines containing the pure thinking and the behavior inference,the theoretical rationality and the practical rationality.
