纳米蒙脱土钢纤维树脂基复合材料的制备

摘    要:以钢纤维、有机处理蒙脱土、天然花岗岩及环氧树脂为原料,采用不同制备工艺及固化工艺,制备钢纤维有机蒙脱土协同增强树脂基复合材料,并对其进行抗压强度实验及断口分析。结果表明,采用钢纤维有机蒙脱土协同增强环氧树脂,固化条件为120℃4 h后室温固化10 d,抗压强度可达89.8MPa,通过断口发现,裂纹沿钢纤维与树脂基体界面扩展,树脂基体通过蒙脱土强化,协同增强作用明显。
