| 摘 要： | 本实验采用两种方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型：一是水杨酸钠小剂量，长时间灌胃加饥饱失常，劳倦伤脾法；二是注射佐剂抗原引起自身免疫法，经病理检察，两种方法均复制出典型的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物西模型，可见，动物模型的复制方法不是唯一的，采用不同的方法可以复制出相同的动物模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper,animal model of the chronic atrophic gastritis is reproduced by two methods.One method is that every wistar rat's stomach is perfused with small does sodium salicylate for a long time,meantime added with overstrain and impairment of the spleen.The other is that Wistar rats are injected with adjuvant antigen to lead to auto-immune method.These methods all can duplicate the typical chronic atrophic gastritis.So we concluded that the different method could reproduce the same animal model. |
