毛大丁草不同部位挥发油成分的比较

摘    要:用GC—MS技术对毛大丁草叶、茎、根挥发油的化学成分分别进行分析和鉴定,共分离出63个成分鉴定了55个。不同部位挥发油中低沸点成分的相对含量分别是21.902%,40.112%和77.622%。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves, caudexes, and roots of Gerbera piloselloides Cass. were separated and identified by GC-MS. 63 peaks were separated and 55 of them were identified. The relative contents of lower boiling point components in leaves, caudexes and roots is 21.902%, 40.112% and 77.622% respectively.
