| 摘 要： | 利用正交试验的方法 ,对双立轴圆盘刀玉米秸秆切碎器的功耗和切碎率进行了研究 ,分析了动刀刀端线速度、动刀组数、拖拉机行进速度对功耗和秸秆切碎率的影响 ,结果表明 :动刀组数对功耗和切碎率影响最大 ,其次是动刀线速度、拖拉机行进速度 ,三因素之间有一最优组合。本文根据切碎试验建立的正交多项式 ,可作为玉米秸秆切碎还田机械设计的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The work efficiency of grinder of corn-stalk is researched according to method of orthogonalized experiments.The factors,such as cutter's velocity,cutter's number and movement's speed,are analyzed.The results indicate the three factors have influence on work efficiency of grinder,of which the most remarkable one is cutter's number.The optimal group of three factors and the orthogonal equation of experiments are represented as a theory of designing grinder. |
