摘    要:利用激光束照射到轧辊表面,再用透镜将轧辊表面上的激光光斑成像到CCD上,当轧辊表面被磨损,CCD上激光光斑的像也会发生位移,通过对光斑像位移的测量,就可以计算出轧辊表面的磨损程度。

Abstract:The laser spot of the incidence to surface of roller can be imaged on CCD by use of lens, when the surface is at-trited, the image of spot will take place displacement. By measurement of the displacement of image, the attrited degree of the surface can be calculated.
