摘    要:根据组织寿命学说和库克曲线理论,组织之间的人才流动对组织、行业和经济的发展都是有好处的,但是过于频繁的人才流动会严重阻碍企业的发展。探讨的人才流失属于人才过频的主动流动,所定义的人才是指对企业和组织发展较为重要的中高层管理人员或技术人员。通过挖掘人才流失微观因素,描述企业人才流失的动态过程,就其关键点位置进行控制,探索企业人才流失的对策。

Abstract:According to organizational life doctrines and Kuck curve theory,the flow of talent between the organizations is good for the development of organizations,industry and economic,but too often will seriously hinder the development of enterprises.This article discusses the too frequent initiative flow of talent and the talent referred is the senior management or technical personnel who are more important for the development of enterprises and organizations.By mining the micro factors of brain drain,describing the dynamic process of brain drain and controlling the key points,this article explores the strategy for the enterprises with the brain drain.
