当代中国城乡关系的历史考察及思考

建国以来，中国城乡关系经历了曲折发展的过程。改革开放前，在传统计划经济体制下，城乡之间要素不能自由流动，城乡居民权利和发展机会不平等，城乡关系严重扭曲。改革开放以来，随着市场机制的引入，城乡联系显著增强，但城乡分割的二元结构体制尚未从根本上改变，城乡关系发展面临新矛盾、新问题。2004年以来中国城乡关系发生了历史性的转折，进入了以工补农、以城带乡的新阶段。

Investigation and Thinking of the History of Contemporary Chinese urban and rural Relationship

Since the foundation of PRC,Chinese urban and rural relationship has gone through a winding course of development.Before reforming and opening up,under traditional planned economic system,the production faction can't flow freely between town and country,rights of urban and rural residents and the developing chance are not equal,the urban and rural relationship is twisted seriously.Since reforming and opening up,with the introduction of the market mechanism,the urban and rural connection is strengthened notably,but two-yuan structure system that cuts apart in urban and rural areas has not changed fundamentally yet,the development of relations between urban and rural areas are facing new contradictions and new problems.Since 2004,China's urban and rural relation is a historic turning point.
