基于热粘弹性理论的低碳钢厚壁球非定常热应力计算分析

摘    要:低碳钢厚壁球是机械工程中常见的构件之一,常采用热处理的方法来提高其机械强度,温度场的变化在厚壁球内产生非定常热应力。本文从考虑低碳钢材料的热粘弹性力学性质出发,依据变温粘弹性松弛型本构理论、热传导方程和有限元方法,对低碳钢厚壁球的非定常热应力进行了计算分析。

Abstract:The low carbon steel thick hollow sphere is one of parts of mechanics engineering and method of improving its mechanics propertyis is heat-treat, such as non-constant temperature that non-stationary thermal stress is produced. Based on the relaxation constitutive theory of thermoviscoelastisity under non-constant temperature, the theory of conduction of heat in solids,and the finite element method, the non-stationary thermal stress of low carbon steel thick hollow sphere is calculated.
