| 摘 要： | 湿热咳嗽是临床上常见,而且常常被误诊误治的一种咳嗽,此证与热邪、湿邪、寒邪和气虚、阴虚相关;其病因病机和症状复杂,容易误诊。如果诊断上以苔腻为据;治法以宣降肺气,清热利湿;用千金苇茎汤为主方治疗可获良效。

| Abstract: | As one of the most commonly occurred and misdiagnosed disease, heat-dampness cough has a complicated pathology which is related with heat, dampness, cold, Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency featured by confusing symptoms. Sometime greasy tongue coating can be very significant in diagnosis. Principle treatment focuses on dispersing ability of lung Qi and clear away heat-dampness with the typical formula of Qianjing Weijing Decoction (precious reed rhizome decoction) that produces a nice effect. |
