初渣流动方式对高炉内硅传递过程的影响

摘    要:从初渣偏斜流动的观点出发,对高炉滴落带生铁中硅含量的变化过程进行了热力学分析和实验研究,探讨了初渣偏流与炉内硅还原过程的相互关系。结果表明,高炉内生铁中硅含量的变化规律受初渣偏流和高温下焦炭对 SiO_(g)的还原反应所控制,从而提出了合理的高炉冶炼低硅生铁的技术措施。

Abstract:Thermodynamic analysis and experiments were made to the silicon contentin pig-iron in dropping zone, based on the investigation on the offset flow ofprimary slag in blast furnace. The relationship between the offset flow of pri-mary slag and the silicon transfer in blast furnace was also investigated. Theresults show that the change of silicon content in pig-iron is determined byboth the offset flow of primary slag and the carbothermic reduction of SiO(g).Following this, some reasonable measures are suggested for Si iron making.
