三氯杀螨醇对二斑叶螨发育和繁殖影响的研究

摘    要:用400和200ppm的三氯杀螨醇分别对二斑叶螨卵、若螨和雌成螨进行了处理;并采用浸玻片法以三氯杀螨醇对二斑叶螨进行了毒力测定.结果表明:卵经药剂处理后,其孵化率与对照无显著性差异,200ppm三氯杀螨醇可刺激螨卵孵化速率加快;若螨经上述药剂处理后,其虫口有所减退,剩余活螨可发育至成螨,其平均产卵量与卵孵化率均极显著地高于对照;三氯杀螨醇对二斑叶螨雌成螨的LC50为1791.43ppm,雌成螨经上述药剂处理后,每雌平均产卵量增加,但孵化率极显著地低于对照.因此,三氯杀螨醇对二斑叶螨具有一定的刺激和诱发作用,不宜用于对其防治.

Abstract:The eggs, borvae and female adults of T. urticae have been treated with 200 and 400ppm dicofol. T. urticae also has been detected with dicofol by bioassays. The hatching percent ofeggs has no significant difference with the checks after treatment . But 200 ppm dicofol couldaccelerate the hatch of eggs . The population density of nymphs decreases after treatment. Theremaining nymphs develop into adults and both the average egg nuniber per- female-adult pro-duced and the hatchingpercent of them arehigher than the checks much more significasitly. TheLC 50 of dicofol to the female adults of T. urticae is 1791 . 43 ppm. The average egg number pro-duced by per - female - adult increases, but the hatching Perornt of eggs is lower than the checksmuch more significantly after the treatment of the female adults. So dicofol is not suitable for con-troling T. urtzcae .
