| 摘 要： | 通过调查高考体制下闽南地区高三女生参与体育活动的情况,了解闽南地区高三女生的体育态度、体育参与等;采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对高三女生的体育参与现状进行分析.闽南地区高三女生总体上不重视体育锻炼,体育参与率低;参加体育锻炼多在周末或节假日,且单次运动时间不超过半小时,参加的项目多以小强度的项目为主.

| Abstract: | Based on the survey of sports participation of Grade 3 Senior Middle School girls in the south of Fujian province（Minnan District） in the college entrance examination system,the paper analyzes their sports attitude and participation;Literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics etc have been applied to study the sports participation status quo and its influence factors.The results show that the girls do not pay attention to physical exercises as a whole,take part in sports least actively.Most of them participate in the physical training in weekend or holiday,also the single.Exercise time does not surpass for half hour,the exercise project much by the low-intensity project primarily. |
