旅行社计调员岗位胜任力模糊综合评价模型的构建与运用

摘    要:本文通过引入模糊数学隶属度的概念,在综合运用问卷调查、访谈以及专家咨询等方法进行工作分析并得出旅行社计调员岗位胜任力指标的基础上,引入层次分析法(AHP)来确定岗位胜任力指标的权重,建立岗位胜任力模糊综合评价模型,从而为旅行社计调员的招聘、考核和管理提供更为科学的依据.

Abstract:After inducing the concept of degree of membership in fuzzy mathematics,the author introduced the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of plan-schedulers' job competence.Then build up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for plan-schedulers using questionnaire and interviews and expert consultation work methods and etc.,so as to provide a reference which is more scientific and more reliable for plan-schedulers' recruitment,assessment and management in travel agent.
