开路型微波陶瓷介电参数测试的研究

摘    要:介绍平行板开路型介质谐振器样品相对介电常数与介质损耗的测试技术,结合所用仪器的实验测量误差,分析在相关参量不确定度下介电参数的误差理论,通过实验可知:开路型方式对品质因数的测量较短路法尤为精确,为进一步批量快速测试提供保证.

Abstract:A technique for testing dielectric permittivity and loss of sample was presented based on parallelplates-open-type method.Measurement error of apparatus was considered,the error theory of dielectric parameters was investigated with interrelated uncertainty.Through the experimental result analysis,one can find the more precise Q factor can be obtained with the present method than short-ends method,then it provides the credibility for the rapid and bulk of testing the Microwave Dielectric Ceramics(MWDC).
