摘    要:毛木耳是一种食药兼用的蕈菌,含有多种营养成分和活性物质,本文阐述了毛木耳多糖的提取工艺、多糖成分分析、凝血作用、降血脂功能和抗衰老等多种药理作用,为其开发利用奠定了基础.

Abstract:Auricularia Polytricha Sacc is a kind of medicinal and edible fungi with many nutritional compositions and active substances,The extraction technology、the polysaccharide components 、hemoglutination、reducing the blood fat and anti-aging effect of Polysaccharide from Auricularia Polytricha Sacc was expatiated in this paper.It sets a foundation for developing and using Polysaccharide from Auricularia Polytricha Sacc.
