福建省监狱民警（男性）压力量表编制

为了评估监狱民警的压力情况,在访谈、半开放式问卷的施测、有关专家的指导以及相关文献的基础上,形成119题预试量表.通过对福建省3个监狱共500人进行施测,筛选项目后,最终剩下37题;探索性因素分析确定民警的压力维度：工作压力、人际关系压力、家庭压力、社会压力.4个维度的累积贡献率：57.003%,内部一致性信度为0.955,分半信度为0.969.通过对福建省4个监狱700人的正式施测,验证性因素分析显示各项参数（X^2/df=4.876,RMSEA=0.095,NNFI=0.942,NFI=0.933,CFI=0.946,IFI=0.946,SRMR=0.075）均达到可以接受的水平,结构模型拟合良好,可用于监狱民警压力的测评.

Pressure Scale Establishment of Prison Police in Fujian Province （Male）

To estimate the stress of prison police,preliminary scale include 119 questions formed based on interview,open questionnaires,directions of experts and relative literatures.By screening the tests of 500 police in 3 deferent prisons in Fujian province,at last 37 questions remained.Exploratory principle factor analysis of the questions indicated that the scale had 4 factors： working pressure,interpersonal relation pressure,family pressure and social pressure.Cumulative of the 4 factors is 57.003%,internal consistency reliability is 0.955 and the split-half reliability is 0.969.By formal test of 700 police in 4 prisons in Fujian province,in the confirmatory factor analysis of the 4 factor model,fit statistics（X^2/df=4.876,RMSEA=0.095,NNFI=0.942,NFI=0.933,CFI=0.946,IFI=0.946,SRMR=0.075） for the model best explained the observed relationship,and can be used to the estimation of prison police.
