| 摘 要： | 随着环境的不断变化，组织也随之演进。通过经济学、管理学和组织生态学不同视角的比较研究发现，有关组织和环境之间关系的理论研究经历了被动性适应、自然选择和理性选择三个阶段，并具有动态化和共生性的研究趋势，这为当今超竞争环境下企业组织战略的制定提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | As the environments are changing, organizations are also varying. From the perspectives of economics, management science and organization ecology, the theories of the relations between organizations and environments go through three steps that are passive adaptation, natural selection and rational selection. In the end, the paper puts forward new ideas to dynamic and symbiotic study trends. |
