固体中离子传输和原子碰撞级联计算机模拟程序─TCIS

摘    要:本文详细介绍一个模拟具有给定动能的离子在国体中传输及引起原子碰撞级联过程的 Monte Carlo型程序,包括原理、物理模型、计算步骤、适用范围等。 TCIS程序采用二体近似描述原子间的散射过程,所用原子作用势为Moliere势。核散射角原则上用散射积分直接求解,实施中用插值技术进行计算,从而使TCIS与同类程序比较运算速度快、计算精度高。运动原子的轨迹是在三维非晶固体中进行模拟计算的。

Abstract:A Monte Carlo computer program TCIS simulating the transport of energetic ions and thus caused atomic collision cascade in solids is presented in detail, including principle, physical models, calculation procedure and applicability. The atomic scattering is governed by the Molt6re potential and is evaluated with the binary-collision approximation. Nuclear scattering angles are in principle determined with the classical scattering integral while in operation the interpolation schemes are used, such that TCIS provides both high calculation efficiency and accuracy. The traces of moving atoms are contracted in three dimension target.
