电加热炉数字化温度制控系统

叙述了一个工业电加热炉恒温系统的计算机控制过程；实现了全数字化的控制。系统具有实时显示多点温度，实时打印温度曲线，超限报警，并考虑到生产负荷的实际情况，非生产时间，全控升温；在生产期间则半控恒温，不影响正常生产。详细叙述了晶闸管数字化控制的实现方法及过程，对Ｚ８０系列器件ＰＩＯ，ＣＴＣ等作了充分使用，使其尽可能充分发挥全部功能。

Digital Temperature-Controlled System of Electric Warm-Up Stove

This article is about the computer-controlled process of constant temperature-controlled system of an imdustrial electric warm-up stove. It realizes full digilal control. This system is of real time printing temperature cure, overruning alarm, thinking about the real situation og produetion burden, full controlled warm-up during non-production and half controlled constant temperature during production without affecting normal production. The precision of the system satisfies the production need. This article relates in detail the realizing method and process of the revers bloking tetrode thyristor digital control. It full uses the Z80 series devices such as PIO and CTC. Thus,they can make it exert all functions.
