地沟油生物柴油-柴油混合燃料燃烧特性和排放特性的试验研究

摘    要:在不改变双缸直喷式柴油发动机任何结构参数的情况下,通过台架试验,研究了掺烧0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%地沟油生物柴油与柴油的混合燃料对发动机性能的影响。结果表明:在不调整柴油发动机结构参数的条件下,使用任意配比地沟油生物柴油-柴油混合燃料引起柴油机的最大输出功率均有所下降;燃油消耗率在小、中负荷时均明显高于柴油,在大负荷时与柴油接近;所有工况NOx排放增加,大掺烧比时NOx排放增加明显;排气烟度在任何负荷下均明显降低;CO排放量在小负荷工况时比柴油略高,在中、大负荷工况时比柴油明显降低;HC排放量在小、中负荷时比柴油高,在大负荷时比柴油低。综合考虑动力性和排放性,实际掺烧使用地沟油生物柴油时,其掺烧比以不超过30%为宜。

Abstract:Experiments are conducted to analyze the impact of the biodiesel produced from waste cooking oil - diesel blends with different biodiesel blending proportions --0%,10%,20%,30%,40% and 50%--on the combustion characters and engine performance on a 2-cylinder direct injection diesel engine without any modifications,. The results indicated that the biodiesel- diesel blends result in some decrease of maximum power. The brake specific fuel consumption is obviously higher than the diesel engine on low and middle load conditions, approximately equal on high load condition. The emissions of NOX increased, particularly with the high biodiesel blending proportions. Smoke is reduced obviously at whole load condition. CO emission increased slightly at low load condition while it reduced obviously at middle and high load condition. The emission of HC increased at low and middle load conditions, but decreased at high load condition. Considering all these factors, it is advisable to make the biodiesel blending proportions under 30% while practical application.
