| 摘 要： | 将供应链管理的理念引入到企业的资金运作中,提出了资金供应链的概念,描述了企业资金供应链的运动过程,分析提出了资金供应链管理是一种全新的企业管理视角,以资金供应链中作为核心部分的投融资活动为研究对象,研究了投资与融资过程的策略分析,建立了资金需求方与供应方的投融资博弈模型,分析得到了资金供应链上的双方的最优投融资策略,可供企业管理资金供应链时参考.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the supply chain management into the strategy analysis of investment and financing,so that a new way to look at the fund chain management in enterprises has been provided,which manages the enterprises' fund chain with the fund Supply Chain Management.In this paper,we defined the fund supply chain and described its function and operation.Based on it,this paper studied the core of fund supply chain: the investment and financing,set up the game theory model of the relationship between the fund supplier and the part with demand for fund,got the optimum strategies that can be kept for reference to the managers. |
