| Abstract: | The reasons of the strong purchasing power on houses of Chinese people at present are explained. It is considered that the high price of house is the comprehensive action of the reform of housing policy, the housing credit policy, the urban development policy, the policy of higher education, the employment policy, and social security policy. |
