温度对荒漠沙蜥肝脏组织中SOD活性的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用NBT光化学还原法测定在4℃,25℃及35℃条件下驯化15天的荒漠沙蜥肝脏组织中SOD的活性.结果表明:4℃驯化的蜥蜴的SOD活性最低,为3 661.69±369.828 u/(h·gFW);25℃驯化的蜥蜴的SOD活性有所增高,为4263.17±269.124 u/(h·gFW);35℃驯化时,SOD活性最高,为4683.72±172.186 u/(h·gFW).各组间SOD活性差异显著(P<0.05).荒漠沙蜥肝脏组织中SOD活性与温度具有关联性,而这与机体在不同温度下的生理机能是密切相关的.  相似文献

Aquatic anoles present an interesting ecomorphological puzzle. On the one hand, the link between habitat use and morphology is well established as convergent within the Caribbean anole radiation. On the other hand, aquatic anoles do not appear to form an ecomorphological group – rather, it appears that there may be several ways to adapt to aquatic habitats. We explore this issue by examining the ecology, morphology and performance of four species of Central American aquatic anoles belonging to two different lineages. Overall, we find that aquatic anoles overlap in multiple ecological and morphological dimensions. However, we do find some differences in substrate use, claw and limb morphology, and bite force that distinguish Anolis aquaticus from the other three species (A. lionotus, A. oxylophus and A. poecilopus). Our results suggest that A. aquaticus is adapted to climb on boulders, whereas the other species utilise vegetation in streamside habitats.  相似文献

对荒漠沙蜥(Phrynocphalus przewalskii)血清蛋白仿及血清蛋白组分的周期变化进行了测定,测定时间为4-10月的每月中旬及1月中旬(进行人工冬眠的蜥蜴),血清总蛋白含量采用紫外分光光度法测定,血清蛋白组合组分采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳分离,然后用双波长色谱扫描仪扫描,计算相对含量,测定结果表明,荒漠沙蜥的血清总蛋白含量在深冬眠期的1月最高,为81.45g/L,4月出 一进入繁殖季节,其含量开始下降,夏季(6-8月)降为43.81g/L,其中7月最低,为38.07g/L,秋季的含量略低于春季的含量,但差异不显著(P>0.05),在冬 眠前(10月下旬)及冬眠期(1月中旬),雌性的含量高于雄性,且差异显著(P<0.05),在出眠后的繁殖季节雄性的含量高于雌性,在冬眠季节清蛋白的比例相对增加,而球蛋白的比例相对减少。  相似文献

用扫描电镜和半薄切片技术对变色树蜥(Calotes versicolor)的皮肤及皮肤感受器的表面结构和显微结构进行了观察,皮肤感受器是位于鳞片凹窝中的帽状突起,其有有粗长的感受毛,皮肤感受器皮肤与一般皮肤结构有明显区别,其表皮中β-角质层极薄,发生层由1层高柱状细胞构成,表皮下有特殊的真皮小体结构,一般表皮的角皮层和β-角质层形成网窝状结构,且β-角质层明显增厚,这与其具有防止机械摩擦损伤皮肤的功能相一致。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The gymnophthalmid lizard genus Neusticurus Duméril and Bibron, 1839 currently contains six described species. One of them, Neusticurus rudis Boulenger, 1900 has a long history of taxonomic confusion, and uncertainty remains about the number of species involved under that name, especially in the Pantepui region. Our molecular phylogenetic (concatenation and species tree) and morphological (morphometrics, external and hemipenial morphology) analyses confirm Neusticurus rudis as a species complex with several candidate species in the eastern Pantepui region. Neusticurus rudis is here redescribed based on the re-examination of the holotype and 10 specimens from the vicinity of the type locality (ca. 15 km airline) in Guyana. The geographic distribution of N. rudis sensu stricto is restricted to east of the Venezuelan Gran Sabana, extending from the slopes of Mount Roraima in Venezuela through the slopes of Maringma-tepui and Wayalayeng to Mount Ayanganna in Guyana, between 678 and 1500 m elevation. Populations tentatively assigned to N. rudis also occur from Mount Wokomung in the Pakaraima Mountains of Guyana to the Iwokrama Forest Reserve in Guyana, between 159 and 1234 m elevation. A new Neusticurus species is described from the uplands and highlands of the eastern Pantepui region, west of the Venezuelan Gran Sabana in Brazil and Venezuela, between 900 and 2200 m elevation. Populations provisionally assigned to the new species were also found from the La Escalera region to Chivatón, the summit of Abakapá-tepui and the slopes and summit of Auyán-tepui, Venezuela, between 1100 and 2203 m elevation. Our results suggest the Gran Sabana as a possible recent biogeographical barrier for the genus in the region and indicate that tepui-summit Neusticurus populations derive from uplands populations that shifted their habitat preference.

用多元分析的方法研究温度对蜥蜴血红蛋白浓度、血浆蛋白浓度的影响 全回归模型结果表明 :蜥蜴血红蛋白的总体浓度与温度存在二次线性关系 ,蜥蜴血浆总蛋白浓度与温度存在一次线性关系 ,各血液浓度与其他各量之间的关系均为线性的 蜥蜴平均最适温度为 2 0 8℃ ,此时蜥蜴血红蛋白的浓度最大 相关性分析表明 :蜥蜴血红蛋白的总体浓度与种类差异和性别差异的相关系数分别为 0 .632 71和 0 .784 31,血浆总蛋白浓度与种类间差异的相关系数为 0 .97533 .  相似文献

The population of Cnemidophorus nativo in the restinga of Guaratiba, Bahia State, Brazil, is carnivorous with a diet consisting predominantly of insect larvae and termites, which is similar to that of other cnemidophorines. The absence of seasonal variation in diet may be a consequence of the availability of termites throughout the year. The small size of the termites and the ease with which both juveniles and adults eat larvae independent of their length were probably the cause of the poor relationship between lizard body measurements and mean number and volume of prey consumed.  相似文献
