Further studies on the systematics of Australian Diplurinae (Chelicerata: Mygalomorphae: Dipluridae): Two new genera from south western Australia

Summary

The current status of Australian diplurine genera is presented. The following genera are recognized here: Aname Koch, Chenistonia Hogg, Ixamatus Simon, Kiama Main and Mascord, Stanwellia Rainbow and Pulleine, Teyl Main, Troglodiplura Main and Xamiatus Raven. Aparua Todd from New Zealand is newly synonymized with Stanwellia Rainbow and Puleine. Two new genera, Kwonkan and Merredinia and six new species are described: Kwonkan anatolion, eboracum, goongarriensis, moriartii and silvestre and Merredinia damsonoides. Dekana wonganensis Main is designated as the type species of Kwonkan. The tribe Anamini Simon is rediagnosed and Anamini Raven newly synonymized with it. Aname, Chenistonia and the two new genera are attributed to the Anamini.

碱提法回收猪骨蛋白质的探讨

对碱提法回收猪骨蛋白质工艺参数的研究表明，4种工艺参数对蛋白质得率均有不同程度的影响。其顺序为浸提液pH＞浸提时间＞沉降pH＞浸提温度。碱提法回收猪骨蛋白质的最高得率为25．7％，最佳工艺参数为浸提时间105min，浸提液pH12．0，浸提温度30℃和沉降pH5．0。

卜辞所见殷人心目中的鬼神世界

殷墟甲骨卜辞是殷人卜祭诸神的实录,祭祀对象涉及殷代所有神灵。殷人所构筑的天神系统、地祇系统和人鬼系统,生动呈现了上古社会精神世界的一个侧面,奠定了中国传统宗教鬼神世界的基本模式,其造神特征和对自然神祇的尊卑态度也对后世产生了深远影响。     

活性初乳素对受孕母鼠胎鼠生长发育的影响

用受孕的ＮＩＨ小鼠，在孕期连续服用活性初乳素１５ｄ，孕后第１８ｄ解剖母鼠，对胎鼠的生长发育情况进行研究。结果表明，活性初乳素可明显促进胎鼠的平均体重及身长增加，促进骨骼系统的发育，与对照组相比有显著性差异。     

Effects of parathyroid hormone and calcitonin on carbonic anhydrase location in osteoclasts of cultured embryonic chick bone

Summary The ultrastructural location of carbonic anhydrase has been examined in osteoclasts of cultured embryonic chick metatarsi. In untreated cultures and in those to which parathyroid hormone (PTH) was added, the enzyme was found in close association with the plasma membrane of the ruffled border. After brief calcitonin treatment (10 min) the ruffled border disappeared and the association of carbonic anhydrase with the plasma membrane was diminished. The results indicate that the hormones employed act directly on embryonic bone to alter osteoclast structure and the intracellular location of carbonic anhydrase.Acknowledgments. 一种基于拟蒙特卡罗法的骨干粒子群改进算法

针对骨干粒子群算法因受粒子初始化位置分布不均影响易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种基于拟蒙特卡罗法的初始化策略,用以确保粒子初始位置在搜索空间内保持随机分布,从而有效提升骨干粒子群算法的搜索能力.仿真实验表明:与经典骨干粒子群算法相比,采用拟蒙特卡罗法进行初始化的改进算法搜索能力有所增强,问题求解精度有明显提升.

介绍咽音的无声练习和有声练习。并特别从呼吸与共鸣的角度来诠释这两大特定的练习在提高歌唱者演唱水平上的独到之处，进而说明“咽音练声体系”这一新颖特别的边缘科学在歌唱中的运用与发展。
