中印创世神话刍议

中印创世神话孕含着对光明的崇拜。印度神话作为玄学思辨的依托,蕴涵着古代印度人对一系列哲学问题的思考,其历史神话化的主体文化是崇尚神权;中国神话注重的是伦理至上的观念,认同的是“天人合一”,神话历史化的实质是崇尚王权。     

中国解决西藏问题的对策

中印关系中西藏问题存在的根源是印度对中国在西藏的主权是形式上而不是实质性的承认。西藏问题的存在影响了中国的发展和崛起以及中国同其他国家的关系，成为某些国家向中国施加影响和压力的筹码。解决西藏问题，我们首先必须坚持“西藏是中国领土和主权不可分割的一部分”这一原则立场，同时应加强国家的综合国力建设和发展包括中印关系在内的良好的周边关系，从而为解决西藏问题奠定基础并提供国际环境保障。     

Copepods of the family Ergasilidae (Poecilostomatoida) parasitic on coastal fishes of Kerala,India

Six species of ergasilid copepods are described, based on material found on 11 species of fishes collected from estuaries and rivers in Kerala, India. Five are new to science, they are: Dermoergasilus varicoleus n. sp. from Liza tade Forskål; Ergasilus parvitergum n. sp. from Etroplus suratensis (Bloch) and Caranx malabaricus (Bloch and Schneider); Ergasilus rostralis n. sp. from Liza tade, L. macrolepis (Smith), and Valamugil seheli (Forskål); Ergasilus uniseriatus n. sp. from Glossogobius giuris (Hamilton) and Xenentodon cancila Hamilton; and Paraergasilus dentatus n. sp. from Glossogobius giuris. Dermoergasilus amplectens (Dogiel and Akhmerov) was recovered in India from six species of hosts: Etroplus maculatus (Bloch), Gerres setifer (Hamilton), Hyporamphus xanthopterus (Cuvier and Valenciennes), Megalops cyprinoides (Broussonet), Valamugil seheli (Forskål), and Chanos chanos (Forskål).     

Paratimmus provulvatus gen. nov., sp. nov. (Dorylaimida: Mydonomidae) from natural forests in Arunachal Pradesh,India

A new genus of soil-inhabiting nematode belonging to the family Mydonomidae Thorne, 1964 Thorne, G. 1964. Nematodes of Puerto Rico: Belondiroidea, new superfamily, Leptonchidae Thorne, 1934 and Belonenchidae new family (Nematoda, Adenophorea, Dorylaimida). University Puerto Rico Agriculture Experiment Station Technical paper No. 39, : 51 [Google Scholar] is described and illustrated from natural forests of Arunachal Pradesh, India. Paratimmus provulvatus gen. nov., sp .nov. is characterized by having a continuous lip region; tiny, asymmetrical odontostyle; single distinctly sclerotized guiding ring; simple, rod-like odontophore; a thin sheath (not spiral) around basal pharyngeal bulb; elongate conoid cardia; mono-opisthodelphic female genital system; transverse vulva; long filiform tail in both sexes and males with dorylaimoid spicules and three to four spaced ventromedian supplements.     

印度高等教育的现状、问题及启示

本文以印度高等教育发展为研究对象,分析印度高等教育发展的现实境况及其发展过程中出现的问题,如初等教育与高等教育发展失衡、人才外流、"文凭病"等,总结出印度高等教育发展的系列经验,即国家有目的、有计划发展教育;提供较多的财政资助;实行走读制,办学成本较低等。     

印度反倾销案件现状研究

同为亚洲的发展中国家,印度是反倾销制度最积极的使用者;而中国是印度反倾销调查最主要的目标国。了解和研究印度反倾销制度以及反倾销案件基本现状,分析印度国内频繁使用此制度的原因,有助于提高中国国内被调查者的应诉能力,加强中国反倾销行政部门对国内产业的应诉指导工作。     

21世纪战略新三角——试论中俄印三国关系发展走向

中俄印三国在战略等方面虽有很多的利益共同点，他们结成联盟会对美国以及整个世界格局产生深远的影响。但无论是现实还是可预见的将来，三国都不大可能结成针对美国的战略三角。三国应在能够合作的领域积极探讨开展合作的方法和途径，增加信任和共识，维护世界的和平和促进共同发展。     

A revision of the south Asian sisorid catfish genus Sisor (Teleostei: Siluriformes)

The south Asian sisorid catfish genus Sisor is revised. Three new species are described in this study: S. chennuah from the Brahmaputra River drainage, and S. rheophilus and S. torosus from the Ganges River drainage. The body depth, snout length, eye size, shape of the nuchal plate and the numbers of pectoral spine serrations and lateral line ossicles are found to be diagnostic characters for the species. Sisor rabdophorus is redescribed and a neotype designated.
