光刻装置中超透镜透射系数研究

由银膜构成超透镜的特性在理论上进行了研究.本文计算了透射系数随横向波矢的变化关系.计算表明,其变化关系不同于真空环境下的超透镜.同时我们发现,P波和S波分别存在一个超透镜的临界厚度,且各不相同.对偏振光入射时,若超透镜厚度小于临界厚度就会出现透射系数大于1的情况,本文对此进行了分析和解释.     

Negative refraction in two-dimensional photonic crystals

Recent progress made in research on negative refraction in two-dimensional photonic crystals is reviewed. Special attentions are paid to the research results of our group. We explore the underlying mechanism governing the occurrence of negative refraction in periodic and quasiperiodic photonic crystals. These results may be useful references for the application of photonic crystals. The perspectives of future research on negative refraction are briefly predicted．
