本文利用图展开方法,提出了无序材料中激子型和光学声子型电磁耦合场量子的量子理论。材料的结构无序等效为有序格子中原子电偶极矩和有效电荷的无序。在略去不同格点无序关联性的近似下,给出了电磁耦合场量子自能图展开和式的显式表示。  相似文献

In this paper,we study the propagation properties of surface plasmon polaritons in plasmonic single-cavity superlattices and two-cavity superlattices which are composed of two kinds of alternately stacked subwavelength metal-dielectric-air waveguides with large dispersion.Theoretical predictions of plasmonic time-resolved Bloch oscillations existing in single-cavity superlat-tices and resonant Zener tunneling(ZT) occurring in two-cavity superlattices by the transfer matrix method(TMM) are well dem-onstrated by the numerical simulations on the propagation of SPPs pulse in the two kinds of superlattices by the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method.The two proposed superlattices can be conveniently fabricated by present nanotechnology,and the study may promote the realization of plasmonic BO and resonant ZT in nanoscale devices experimentally.  相似文献

The electromagnetic interaction of light with polar materials shows a sharp and well defined electromagnetic response in the infrared (IR) region that consists mainly of excitation of optical phonons. Similar to surface plasmons in the visible region, surface phonons can couple efficiently to infrared light in micron-sized antennas made of polar materials. We applied the boundary element method to calculating the infrared electromagnetic response of single SiC disks acting as effective infrared antennas as a function of different parameters such as disk size and thickness. We also analyzed the effect of locating a probing metallic tip near the SiC disk to scatter light in the proximity of the SiC disk, thereby obtaining new spectral peaks connected with localized modes between the tip and the SiC disk. We then further investigated their application in IR scanning probe microscopy. A near-field map of the phononic resonances enhances the understanding of the nature of the IR extinction peaks.  相似文献

提出了一种制备具有周期结构金属薄膜的新方法--阳极氧化法制备多孔氧化铝膜.以草酸为电解液,制备出了几种表面孔径不同的多孔氧化铝膜,并在其表面镀银制得样品.用场发射扫描电镜观察多孔氧化铝膜的表面形貌,并采用光谱仪测定了样品的透射光谱.研究发现,由于表面等离子激元波(surface plasmon polaritons, SPPs)的作用,在可见光波段观察到了透过率异常增强现象.  相似文献

根据表面极化激元的电磁场,讨论了p偏振和s偏振情况下,单轴各向异性半无限左手化材料中的表面极化激元的存在区域,以及表面极化激元的色散关系.结果表明极化激元可以存在于非左手化材料中,同时还可以存在于单轴各向异性左手化材料中.研究了单轴各向异性左手化材料中平行于轴的介电分量和磁导率分量对表面极化激元的影响.  相似文献

利用反对称半无限介质-金属结构实现了表面等离激元的高反射率。计算了反对称半无限金属-介质结构中正入射和斜入射表面等离激元的反射和透射。限制介质的厚度, 将电磁场表示成各离散本征模式的叠加, 根据边界条件得到反射系数和透射系数矩阵。 介质厚度趋于无穷时, 得到反对称半无限介质-金属结构中表面等离激元反射系数和透射系数的近似解析表达式, 计算结果与数值解相吻合。最后分析了斜入射表面等离激元的反射率和透射率与入射角的关系。  相似文献

通过分析3-Λ型五能级原子系统的暗态极化子,讨论三模量子场与原子介质的信息转换过程以及三个信号场之间的信息转换过程.研究结果表明,利用3-Λ型五能级原子系统,可以存储三模量子态,从理论上解释了三模量子信息在介质中的"写入"和"读出"过程.另外利用3-Λ型五能级原子系统还可以操控某些纠缠态,如实现纠缠态的生成、存储、读出、转换等.  相似文献

Surface plasmon polariton, a kind of surface electromagnetic wave propagating along the interface between metals and dielectrics, provides an excellent platform for the realization of integrated photonic devices due to its unique properties of confining light into subwavelength scales. 基于非共振原理的光异常透射现象(EOT)可以实现宽频带透射,对宽频带光收集与激发具有重要意义.为实现宽频透射,本文设计了亚波长金属圆孔阵列,并应用有限元方法研究了该结构的透射特性.结果表明,金属圆孔阵列可实现宽频透射.此外,本文还研究了入射光偏振方向、圆孔半径以及横向周期对金属圆孔阵列透射特性的影响.这些结果对设计非共振宽频透射的金属孔洞结构具有一定的指导意义.  相似文献
