磷酸钙催化剂上二异丁基乙缩醛裂解法合成乙烯基异丁醚的研究

研究了在磷酸钙催化剂上二异丁基乙缩醛裂解制乙烯基异丁醚反应的活性和选择性，其中较好的催化剂是在500度焙烧的Ca3(PO4)2(1)。考察了工艺条件对反应结果的影响，表明在反应温度约300度，缩醛的LHSV＝1．0h^-1时得到最佳反应结果：转化率约98．6％，选择性接近100％，用TPD法测定了催化剂表面的酸度和碱度，并与活性和选择性进行了关联。     

Photoperiodic summation is temperature-dependent inPyrrhocoris apterus (L.) (Heteroptera)

Summary InPyrrhocoris apterus, a low temperature, 15°C, prevented the termination of diapause by long days and, unexpectedly, also the induction of diapause by short days. Both responses were enabled at a higher temperature, 26°C. In contrast to current concepts, it was proved that the summation of photoperiodic signals was temperature-dependent, since the morphogenetic development was prevented by starvation.     

2-Methoxybenzoyl phosphate: a new substrate for continuous fluorimetric and spectrophotometric acyl phosphatase assays

A new aromatic acyl phosphate, 2-methoxybenzoyl phosphate, has been synthesized. The compound shows an intrinsic fluorescence; it displays an intense emission band at 390 nm upon excitation in the near UV region. This band practically disappears after hydrolysis of the product. On the other hand, the product displays differences in the near UV absorption spectra measured before and after hydrolysis. The at 301 nm is 2720 M^–1 cm^–1, a value that is 4.3-fold higher than that of benzoyl phosphate (the usual substrate for acylphosphatase assay) at 283 nm. The main kinetic parameters of three different acylphosphatase molecular forms (the muscular isoenzyme and two subtypes of the organ common isoenzyme) were determined using both benzoyl phosphate and 2-methoxybenzoyl phosphate as substrates, and then compared. These kinetic data and the UV absorption and fluorescence properties of 2-methoxybenzoyl phosphate sugest that this compound has better substrate features than benzoyl phosphate, and can be used for both high sensitivity continuous fluorimetric and UV absorption spectrophotometric assays of acylphosphatase.     

P_2O_5对煤矸石水泥性能的影响

借助ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ、ＤＴＡ、化学分析、物理检验等测试手段．研究Ｐ２Ｏ５对煤矸石水泥熟料的煅烧性能、物理性能和水化性能的影响,结果表明：Ｐ２Ｏ５对上述性能均有一定的影响;Ｐ２Ｏ５是一种适用于该类水泥熟料煅烧的有效矿化剂,其效果优于氟、硫及其复合的矿化剂．但Ｐ２Ｏ５与其它元素复合时。效果并不理想。     

饥饿状态下南方鲇仔鱼的形态和行为变化

饥饿状态下的南方鲇仔鱼外形萎缩,脑顶下凹,外部器官发育受阻,身体长度和对照组存在显著差异．饥饿仔鱼的行为反应可分４个阶段：①集群趋暗阶段;②游动觅食阶段;③狂游阶段;④散慢游动阶段．对１８℃,２０℃,２４℃和２８℃４个温度组的观察结果表明,饥饿仔鱼的反应特征基本一致,温度越高,每一阶段持续时间越短．饥饿仔鱼具同类相残和吞食气泡的习性,同类相残行为与温度成正相关,胃肠吞有气泡的仔鱼数在中间温度组（２０℃,２４℃）较多,高温组（２８℃）和低温组（１８℃）均较少．     

BaO-CaO-CaF2系渣用于钢液深脱磷能力

使用BaO-CaO-CaF2系渣在实验室中进行钢水深脱磷实验以获得超低磷钢水.实验结果表明,初始磷约为0.01%的条件下,获得了50%以上的脱磷率及0.005%以下最低0.002%的磷含量;脱磷效果受钢水氧化性影响显著.实验测得1 813～1 893K范围内该渣系的磷容量在1018～1019.35之间,并且随BaO含量增加,磷容量增大.     

常温快速锌系磷钝化工艺

讨论了薄板及其配件在喷漆前的化学预处理工艺方法。通过优化实验，确定了化学预处理的工艺流程、磷化液组成及工艺条件。生产实践表明，常温、快速锌系磷钝化工艺能够得到均匀、细致的磷化膜，提高了与涂漆层的结合力。     

磷酸二氢钠催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

在磷酸二氢钠催化下,由冰乙酸和正丁醇合成乙酸丁酯.结果表明:当冰乙酸∶正丁醇∶NaH2PO4.2H2O=1∶1.5∶0.09(摩尔比)时,2 h内酯收率可达94%,磷酸二氢钠重复使用多次,催化活性没有降低.     

饲料中磷含量的方波伏安法快速测定

提出了在六次甲基四胺一盐酸缓冲溶液(pH5．5)中，硝酸铅与磷酸根反应生成磷酸氯化铅复盐沉淀，运用方波伏安法快速测定过量的铅离子从而间接测定无机磷含量。在最佳实验测定条件下方波伏安峰高ip(μA)与磷的浓度在0．2～20μg/mL内有良好的线性关系，回归方程为ip=54．82—2．39c，相关系数r=0．9876，检出限为0．085μg/mL，相对标准偏差(RSD)为2．44％，加标回收率在95％～99％。方法具有准确性好，操作简便的特点，用于饲料中磷含量的测定，结果满意。     

马铃薯磷酸单酯淀粉酯化条件分析

通过对磷酸单酯淀粉酯化条件的研究和分析,探讨了不同酯化条件对马铃薯淀粉磷酸单酯粒径和糊化温度的影响.试验结果表明,与原淀粉相比马铃薯磷酸单酯粒径增大,淀粉颗粒无明显变化,糊化温度降低;影响酯化的因素大小顺序为:酯化剂用量>pH>酯化温度>酯化时间;最佳酯化条件为:酯化剂用量25%,pH8.5,温度140℃,时间1h.
