1 Results This paper presents the development of platinum nanocomposites structures based on organically modified c.a.2 nm core platinum nanoparticles.The chemical modification of the 4-mercaptoaniline functionalized particles by various in coming molecules is evidenced and precisely quantified.The particles can be dissolved like molecules in various solvents depending on the features of the new crown and X-rays shows that the interparticle distance is affected by the crown modification.These platinum n...

The induction of secondary seed dormancy by oxygen deficiency in a barnyard grassEchinochloa crus-galli

At 25°C, secondary dormancy was induced in seeds ofE. crus-galli exposed for 100 days to oxygen deficiency. By contrast, hypoxia did not induce dormancy at 15°C or prevent dormancy termination at 7°C. Secondary dormancy was terminated after 2 months stratification at 7°C. Oxygen deficiency may increase the proportion of dormant seeds in the soil, and affect the dynamics of the barnyard-grass soil seed bank.We thank Miss Jitka Králová for her excellent technical assistance.     

Differential effects of prostaglandins and isoproterenol on cAMP content and Na,K pump activity in rat submandibular acini

Summary The -adrenergic agonist isoproterenol and prostaglandins E₁ and E₂ (but not F₂) increased the cAMP content of rat submandibular acini in vitro, but only isoproterenol enhanced ouabain-sensitive⁸⁶Rb (K) uptake. These findings suggest that cAMP is not involved in the activation of the Na, K pump in salivary cells.

综述了近年来医学界、生物学界及体育界关于氧自由基清除剂的研究现状,分析归纳出氧自由基清除剂的种类、氧自由基对机体的作用及清除机理、抗氧自由基天然成分的功能性食品及其在体育运动领域中对运动员健康的保护作用.     

活性氧消毒剂制备技术及空气消毒效果的研究

文中对活性氧消毒剂的制备工艺及其对于空气的消毒效果进行了阐述，说明其制造工艺是一种原子经济反应，新型的环境友好化工过程，对白色念球菌(Pseudomonasaeruginosa)、金黄色葡萄球菌 (Sylococcusccureus)的杀菌效果均高达99.90%，通过相关的试验数据说明消毒剂的性能稳定，无毒，对皮肤无刺激性。     

基于PLC的变压吸附制高纯氧系统

研究了采用沸石分子筛和碳分子筛吸附床的变压吸附制高纯氧工艺以及采用基于PLC控制系统对流量、压力和电磁阀进行的调节和控制，确立了两级变压吸附制高纯氧的工艺流程和各吸附床的最佳吸附周期，分析了排气量对氧气纯度的影响．实验结果表明氧气的最高纯度可达到99．5％．     

石嘴山二矿煤样程序升温自燃性测试研究

利用煤样程序升温自燃性测试实验装置，模拟煤自燃发火过程。通过考察煤样的煤温变化、氧气消耗量、一氧化碳产生量及其他气体的变化规律，并确定煤的临界温度、气体产生率、放热强度和极限参数，研究石嘴山二矿煤的自燃倾向性。为石嘴山二矿安全生产、自燃火灾的预测以及防灭火，提供依据。该实验数据精度在90%以上，能够很好的满足现场的要求。
