浅议运动后骨骼肌疲劳的原因

疲劳是人或动物对体力训练失去反应能力．内环境发生紊乱的具体表现，本文阐述了引起疲劳的几个主要原因．     

5—HT1,5—HT2,5—HT3受体激动剂对离体蟾蜍心脏活动的影响

在离体蟾蜍心脏灌流标本中加入２．５，５．０，１０μｇ／２０μｌ三种不同剂量的（５－ＨＴ）后，可引起心输出量减少，心肌收缩力减弱，心率下降，并呈一定的量效关系。５－ＨＴ１受体激动剂ｐｉｐｅｒａｚｉｎｅ２．５，５．０，１０ｇ／２０μｌ时，对心率无明显影响，但可使心输出量增加，心肌收缩力加强，亦呈量效关系。     

The muscles,body wall and valve-opening mechanism of extant craniid (inarticulated) brachiopods

Specimens of six species of craniid brachiopod were dissected and the musculature, body wall and mantle were examined. New names are proposed for the “brachial protractor” and “brachial retractor” muscles. The “brachial elevator” muscles are part of the anterior adductor muscles, a small bundle of translucent quick-muscle partially enclosed by a larger, curving bundle of the dark-coloured slow-muscle. A new ring muscle is described. The lophophore arms are extended and retracted by the hydrostatic skeleton and brachial muscles respectively. The valves of Novocrania are probably opened by the creation of hydrostatic pressure, within a newly described coelomic chamber, by contraction of the oblique lateral muscles. Neoancistrocrania has an extra pair of dorsal mantle canals arising at the posterior and a dorsally directed pouch in the body wall.     

DNA synthesis in the nuclei of differentiating muscle fibers of the silkworm,Bombyx mori L.

Summary Incorporation of³H-thymidine (³HTdr) into the nuclei of myofibril-containing myofibers of larvae of the silkworm,Bombyx mori, was shown by means of light microscope (LM) and electron-microscope (EM) autoradiography. The number of DNA-synthesizing myonuclei attains 42% 12–18 h after each molt. Thus in the developing silkworm DNA replication and myofibrillogenesis are coexisting and not mutually exclusive processes as is the rule in vertebrate somatic myogenesis.     

跑跳中下肢关节肌肉生物力学特性测试方法的研究

通过直接测量下肢环节的加速度后换算成角加速度,并利用积分平滑的方法处理下肢坐标数据,利用人体简化模型进行逆向动力学的研究,得到了跑动中下肢关节力矩的变化规律。本方法可用于跑跳中下肢关节肌肉力矩生物力学特性的研究。     

Effect of fasting on skeletal muscle triglyceride content

Summary The effect of prolonged food deprivation on the triglyceride level in different types of skeletal muscle was studied in the rat. It has been found that fasting gradually reduces the triglyceride content in each muscle type. It is concluded that i.m. triglycerides play an important role as energy fuel during fasting.     

斑胸草雀鸣肌的形态观察

运用解剖学技术对斑胸草雀的左右侧鸣肌进行解剖,并对其进行测量.结果表明,斑胸草雀有2对外鸣肌和4对内鸣肌.两侧鸣肌质量差异显著,右侧较重.两侧NX IIts的直径差异显著,右侧较粗.在形态学上验证了鸣肌和NX IIts的右侧优势.初步分析了鸣肌各部分的结构及功能,为进一步研究鸣肌在鸣禽鸣唱过程中的作用提供了基础资料.     

Increased susceptibility to lipid peroxidation in skeletal muscles of dystrophic hamsters

Summary The results showed that the total content of lipids, which could be peroxidized with Fe(2+)/ascorbate stimulation in vitro, was 45.4% and 53.7% higher than normal in the dystrophic hamster muscle at the age of 1 and 3 months, respectively. Correspondingly, the susceptibility to lipid peroxidation (stimulated by ADP-chelated iron at 37°C) was 38.6–74.3% higher in dystrophic muscles. The increases were not related to necrotic lesions and inflammation observed. The activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glutathione reductase, thioredoxin reductase and catalase were increased in dystrophic muscles but those of superoxide dismutases and glutathione peroxidase were unaffected.     

Different intrafusal fiber composition of spindles in sheep and pig extraocular muscles

Summary Histochemical profiles of intrafusal fibers have been examined in muscle spindles of extraocular muscles of sheep and pig. Results show that in the sheep the intrafusal content presents, in addition to chain fibers, at least one bag₁ and one bag₂ fiber, whereas in the pig almost all the spindles are bag₁-fiber spindles.Acknowledgment. 股后肌群训练对提高短跑速度影响的研究

针对基层短跑教学训练实践,突出股后股群训练,通过教学对比实验,表明股后肌群训练能有效提高影响短跑速度的相关参数指标,从而提高短跑速度,股后股群训练对基层初级短跑运动员短跑速度的提高有重要意义。
