区域交通控制系统可以完成道路交叉口的单点优化控制、主干绿波控制和区域交通网络优化等功能。系统需要实时检测每个交叉口的交通参数,根据交通参数计算新的交通控制策略,并下达策略到智能信号机,以优化道路交通管控,同时还支持人为的操控介入,系统规模较大,实现难度较高。为了降低系统的实现难度和提高系统的模块化程度,提出了一种基于共享内存和多进程协同机制的设计方案,并应用在了具体的实施项目中,实践证明,本文的设计方案可简化交通控制系统的实现,并提高系统稳定性和扩展性。  相似文献

The quantitative evaluation of multi-process collaborative operation is of great significance for the improvement of production plan-ning and scheduling in steelmaking-continuous casting sections (SCCSs). However, this evaluation is difficult since it relies on an in-depth un-derstanding of the operating mechanism of SCCSs, and few existing methods can be used to conduct the evaluation, due to the lack of full-scale consideration of the multiple factors related to the production operation. In this study, three quantitative models were developed, and the multi-process collaborative operation level was evaluated through the laminar-flow operation degree, the process matching degree, and the schedul-ing strategy availability degree. Based on the evaluation models for the laminar-flow operation and process matching levels, this study invest-igated the production status of two steelmaking plants, plants A and B, based on actual production data. The average laminar-flow operation (process matching) degrees of SCCSs were obtained as 0.638 (0.610) and 1.000 (0.759) for plants A and B, respectively, for the period of April to July 2019. Then, a scheduling strategy based on the optimization of the furnace-caster coordinating mode was suggested for plant A. Simu-lation experiments showed higher availability than the greedy-based and manual strategies. After the proposed scheduling strategy was applied, the average process matching degree of the SCCS of plant A increased by 4.6% for the period of September to November 2019. The multi-pro-cess collaborative operation level was improved with fewer adjustments and interruptions in casting.  相似文献

Multi-process models are particularly useful when observations appear extreme relative to their forecasts, because they allow for explanations of any behaviour of a time series, considering more generating sources simultaneously. In this paper, the multi-process approach is extended by developing a dynamic procedure to assess the weights of the various sources, alias the prior probabilities of the rival models, that compete in the collection to make forecasts. The new criterion helps the forecasting system to learn about the most plausible scenarios for the time series, considering all the combinations of consecutive models to be a function of the magnitude of the one-step-ahead forecast error. Throughout the paper, the different treatments of outliers and structural changes are highlighted using the concepts of robustness and sensitivity. Finally, the dynamic selection procedure is tested on the CP6 dataset, showing an effective improvement in the overall predictive ability of multi-process models whenever anomalous observations occur. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

分析CAPP系统多工艺方案存在的原因及其影响因素,从零件特征的划分、特征加工方法的多样性、制造资源的动态性、工艺设计原则的多态性和复杂性等方面分析工艺规划时多种工艺方案产生的原因,给出一种表达零件特征加工方法和制造资源之间递阶网络层次结构.以产品质量、生产成本和生产周期为基础,构造了工艺方案评价分层指标树,建立了工艺设计方案的模糊综合评价模型.经过实例分析符合实际生产情况,实现了CAPP系统工艺方案的优化.  相似文献

为解决供应链多级库存系统中多级决策的选择、匹配和系统性能优化问题,提出了一种基于多过程仿真的性能优化与多级决策选择匹配方法(MPSM).从多过程交互的角度,提出了基于物理层、社会层和知识层的集成了仿真结构性建模、定量建模和实施建模的多过程仿真建模方法;分析了多级库存的拓扑结构模型、多级策略匹配模型,建立了多因素、多指标的性能仿真优化模型;基于Arena仿真工具的具体应用案例表明,MPSM可以建模和优化更真实、更复杂的多级库存系统,并确定相应的最优多级控制策略方案.  相似文献
