高岭土机械力化学改性研究

利用物料在超细粉碎过程中的机械力效应,以振动磨为载体和工具,对用作橡胶补强剂的高岭土材料进行了一系列机械力化学改性实验,探讨了偶联剂种类、改性剂投入时间和持续作用时间等工艺参数对改性效果的影响,实验结果对同类的研究提供了借鉴依据.     

发根农杆菌在植物细胞壁上受体位点的研究

刚分离的烟草和元麦叶肉原生的南体及用植物细胞壁再生抑制剂处理的上述原质体分别与发根农杆菌共培养，未发现农杆菌的附着；随着原生质体壁再生时间的延长，农杆菌的附着率逐渐的增加；用植物细胞主要组分的水解酶和ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００分别处理３日龄烟草叶肉原生质体后，进行随着菌数的放射性分析，结果表明，细菌对经过胰蛋白酶和ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００处理的细胞的附着率显著下降，ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００提取液中含有糖蛋     

“宜家效应”对旅游体验项目设计的启示

活动项目是旅游体验创生的重要载体,因此设计旅游体验项目是旅游地开发的重要任务.“宜家效应”显示,投入劳动会产生依恋,消费者更加看重自己参与创意的产品.对这些产品,消费者至少要有30％的投入,才会把它视为己出而产生成就感和自豪感.旅游体验项目设计中应重视“宜家效应”,自觉运用蛋糕粉理论,遵循桑德拉平衡点原则,让游客参与其中、适当付出劳动、发挥创造潜能,以催生情感依恋、提高满意度.     

Role of locust <Emphasis Type="Italic">Locusta migratoria manilensis</Emphasis> claws and pads in attaching to substrates

The present study attempts to investigate the role of rigid claws and smooth adhesive pads in the locust Locusta migratoria manilensis,when attaching to various substrates.We measured the attachment forces on sandpaper and silicate glass plate of locusts with intact attachment system,and those with either the pretarsal claws or the tarsal pads having been entirely destroyed,to explore the role of pads and claws when a locust is walking on various substrates.To obtain information about morphological characteristics and material properties of the claws,we examined the intact and fractured claws by scanning electron microscopy,and tested the fractural force in a fracture experiment.We proposed a mechanical model for locust climbing on a slanting surface to analyze the conduction and final result of the attachment forces generated by the attachment organs on the fore-,mid-and hindlegs.Attachment forces generated by locusts with destroyed pads were similar to those generated by locusts with intact attachment system on both substrates,which presumably indicated that the claws have a significantly important role when attaching to various substrates.The result of the fracture experiment demonstrated that the claws are made of relatively stiff material,and their shear strength ranged between 39-45 MPa.Mechanical analysis of locust climbing on slanting surface showed that the force generated by the hindlegs suspended the whole body of locust up from the surface and pushed the body forward,while the midlegs steadily suspended the centre of gravity and the forelegs pulled the suspended body forward.The results obtained contribute to the further interpretation of the interaction mechanisms between insect attachment system and substrates,and supply information for designing and manufacturing slippery plates for trapping plague locusts.

Telomeres are important segments of chromosomes that protect chromosome ends from nucleolytic degradation and fusion. At meiosis telomeres display an unprecedented behavior which involves their attachment and motility along the nuclear envelope. The movements become restricted to a limited nuclear sector during the so-called bouquet stage, which is widely conserved among species. Recent observations suggest that telomere clustering involves actin and/or microtubules, and is altered in the presence of impaired recombinogenic and chromosome related functions. This review aims to provide an overview of what is currently known about meiotic telomere attachment, dynamics and regulation in synaptic meiosis.

烟机卷接机组中AMK交流伺服系统的硬件组成及性能分析

AMK交流伺服系统在卷接机组中的应用主要是代替传统的由主电机、齿轮和皮带的传动方式,实现多电机同步驱动。本文重点介绍AMK交流伺服系统在卷接机组中的硬件组成,并对其性能加以分析。     

Attachment site selection of Hydrachna and Eylais (Acari: Hydrachnellae) watermite larvae infecting Corixidae (Hemiptera: Heteroptera)

The sites of attachment of four larval watermite species were recorded from four corixid species in Lough Corrib, Ireland. Parasitic watermites exhibited preferences in respect of attachment sites on the corixid hosts and these patterns were consistent for all host species examined. Hydrachna cruenta utilized areas of the host which were in direct contact with the water, the distribution of larvae reflecting the general behaviour and microdistribution of the hosts. Hydrachna conjecta infected the ventral hemielytra with a significant asymmetrical distribution on the right hemielytron, resulting from the folding pattern of the hemielytra and the larval route of entry to the subhemielytral air space. Eylais species attached to the abdominal terga of the host, E. infundibulifera infecting the anterior two terga and E. discreta terga three and four. Cymatia bonsdorffi was not parasitized by E. infundibulifera and on this host the majority of E. discreta attached to the second abdominal tergite. Eylais species infecting small corixid hosts may avoid interference competition with H. conjecta by attaching to the left side of the abdomen. Attachment site selection may contribute towards alleviation of intraspecific and interspecific interference competition for larval growing space.
