激光快速成型TC4合金显微组织及力学性能

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子拉伸机等，研究了激光快速成型TC4合金沉积态在平行沉积方向和垂直沉积方向的组织和力学性能.结果表明:激光快速成型TC4合金沉积态宏观组织沿沉积方向生长的粗大β柱状晶呈明暗相间的条带状结构，具备典型的魏氏组织特征;垂直沉积方向的强度比平行沉积方向的强度高，但塑性低;合金断口为韧窝状断口，垂直沉积方向的断口韧窝尺寸比平行沉积方向的小.     

高温作用后砂岩物理力学性质阈值温度的确定——基于机器学习算法

通过采用机器学习算法，提出了高温作用后砂岩物理力学性质变化的阈值温度的确定方法。基于Python语言，利用K-Means、SVM算法，实现了对样本数据的分类和聚类，确定了阈值温度区间，验证了二分类法的合理性和准确性.结果表明，砂岩样本的阈值温度区间为400~600 ℃，阈值温度上下砂岩的物理力学性质存在显著差异，体现为阈值温度区间以下的岩样物理力学性质较为分散，而阈值温度区间以上的岩样物理力学性质较为集中.     

温度和机械载荷联合作用下油田超深井中硬质涂层膨胀锥与套管的屈服挤毁压强及试验验证

在充分考虑温度载荷、机械载荷、硬质涂层膨胀锥硬度、套管硬度对膨胀锥与套管之间屈服挤毁压强影响的基础上,根据分形理论和接触力学推导出膨胀锥与套管之间屈服挤毁压强的计算公式.数值分析表明:膨胀锥与套管之间的屈服挤毁压强随最终温度、分形粗糙度、线膨胀系数、硬质涂层膨胀锥布氏硬度、中间主应力系数、套管壁厚的增大而增大;当分形维数从1增大时,膨胀锥与套管之间的屈服挤毁压强随分形维数的增大而减小;当分形维数增大到接近于2时,膨胀锥与套管之间的屈服挤毁压强随分形维数的增大而增大;随拉压强度比的增大,膨胀锥与套管之间的屈服挤毁压强减小.屈服挤毁压强的计算值与试验测试值之间的相对误差为-8.9253%～-0.9901%.     

喷射共沉积6066Al/SiCp复合材料热处理塑性变化机理分析

研究了T6热处理对6066Al/SiCp复合材料材料力学性能的影响,结果表明,复合材料经530℃固溶1 h后,170℃时效8 h达到峰时效,其抗拉强度达418.6 MPa;复合材料延伸率随时效时间的增加不断降低.     

电磁场中带电粒子束运动的力学模拟

研究以不同初速度进入互相垂直的匀强磁场和均强电场中的带电粒子束的运动情形，并同相似的力学运动相比拟，建立了直观的力学模型。

介绍应用机械制冷方法设计医用降温仪的过程，并对所研制的降温仪进行试验和分析研究。     

STUDY ON POLYPYRROLE-VISCOSE CONDUCTING FIBER

The conductivity of Polypyrrole-viscose conducting fiber prepared with author's method can be shown up to as high as 2.106x10~(-2) S/cm. The main factors influencing the conductivity are the concentration of FeCl_3 used as dopant and initiator, the treatment time of viscose fiber as base material in FeCl_3 solution, temperature and polymerization time. It is found that the orientation and crystallization degree of viscose fiber keep constant before and after conducting treatment and the mechanical properties of conducting fiber is the same as that of base material. In addition, the distribution of polypyrrole in viscose fiber, and its effect on the conductivity were investigated in details by TEM.     

Mechanical Properties of Laterally Driven Microresonance with a One-Side Straight-Leg Suspension

The mechanical properties of lateral polysilicon comb-driven microresonators suspended from one-side straight-leg beams, which are widely used in linear microvibromotors, are investigated in this paper.The lateral vibration of the microresonator was modeled assuming that the symmetry of the microstructures and the applied loads are different. Methods were given to calculate the stress, lateral displacement, spring coefficient, and resonant frequency. The results show that the simple mechanical model is a superfluous system with three unknown variables. The results differ from pervious results for a microresonator suspended from double-side straight-leg beams, which has been commonly used to design linear microvibromotors.
