试论腐败的综合治理

腐败是由多种因素造成的 ,体制、管理和监督的失范是其产生的主要成因。该文提出了改革、监督、惩治等三项治理措施 ,认为综合治理是遏制腐败蔓延的唯一选择 ,在反腐败斗争中只有充分发挥改革、监督、惩治等各种手段之长 ,加强它们之间的内在联系 ,才能使综合治理取得成效。     

论反腐败过程中的系统方法

思想筑防、制度创新和监督机制是反腐败过程中的三个重要因素.三要素在功能和形式上组成了一个稳定的三元结构,在遏制腐败的过程中能够发挥完整的系统方法的作用.     

A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.     

The contents of the pygidial gland of the primitive antNothomyrmecia macrops (Hymenoptera:Formicidae)

Summary The principal constituent of the pygidial gland ofNothomyrmecia macrops is 3,7-dimethyloct-6-en-2-one, a substance not previously identified in insects. Also identified were 2,6-dimethylhept-5-enal, 2-nonanone, indole, -dodecalactone, and the hydrocarbons pentadecane, heptadecane, heptadecene and heptadecadiene, all in low nanogram quantities.     

Proopiomelanocortin expression in the skin during induced hair growth in mice

We demonstrate for the first time a hair cycle-dependent gene and protein expression of proopiomelanocortin in mouse skin in vivo. Northern blot detected POMC mRNA with an apparent size of 0.9 kb in anagen but not telogen skin. Western blot emphasized a specific protein of 30–33 kDa recognized by anti -endorphin in late but not early anagen or telogen skin. By immunocytochemistry, -endorphin antigen was localized in the sebaceous gland in a hair cycle dependent manner.     

Bicuculline and picrotoxin block γ-aminobutryic acid-gated Cl− conductance by different mechanisms

Summary Using isolated, internally perfused bullfrog dorsal root ganglion cells we have studied the dose-response curves for -aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the presence of internally or externally applied GABA antagonists. With external application of antagonists the inhibition of the GABA current by bicuculline was competitive and that by picrotoxin was noncompetitive. Picrotoxin but not bicuculline blocked when internally perfused.To whom reprint requests should be addressed.Acknowledgments. We thank Drs S. Minakami and S. 苏颂廉政思想述论

苏颂从23岁任官,到81岁退休,历任应天、杭州、婺州等地方长官;又任吏部尚书、尚书左丞、宰相等高官,始终两袖清风,一尘不染,实践了他所倡导的廉政思想.苏颂要求皇帝、后妃、重臣应成为廉政榜样的思想和苏颂奏请以法律监督和保证廉政的思想,时至今日,仍发人深思.

通过在SL(2，R)的对偶空间中引入测度，给出了SL(2，R)上的两个类似于R上的Hausdroff-Young不等式．     

贪污罪侵害客体问题评析

贪污罪侵犯客体的诸观点包括10余种，但笔者认为，宜将贪污罪客体表述为国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性和公共财物的所有权，并且此两者具有两层基本关系：一是层次递进关系，第一层次是公共财产所有权，第二层次是国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性；二是因果关系．公共财物的所有权与国家工作人员职务行为的廉洁性两者存在原因与结果的关系。     

腐败问题的可拓分析

本首先简要介绍了已有的对腐败问题的研究,接着介绍了新兴科学--可拓学,并用其来解释了腐败产生的原因,最后,通过建立“腐败与反腐败”问题的物元分析模型提出了解决腐败问题的若干策略。
