正常与不育男子精浆化学元素比较研究

采用电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪测定７５例正常与异常成年男子精浆中多种化学元素的含量，并对其中的１３种元素含量进行统计分析。本结果提示，精浆中锌、磷元素的含量可以作为男性不育症的诊断指标。     

精神因素导致不孕不育临床调查及治疗

近年来不孕不育患者发病率逐年升高,不孕妇女的沮丧情绪一般会在不孕的第二到第三年之间达到顶点。但是,由于她本身和家人都把注意力放到了解决不孕这个问题上,从而忽视了精神层面。而且,大夫也反对准备怀孕的妇女服用抗抑郁症药物,因为这一类药物会导致不孕,所以精神安慰治疗以心理开导干预的手段介入不孕妇女的精神问题。当然,女性在不孕的第一年就应该考虑到自己是否该减压了,越早接受治疗效果越好。     

Abnormal expression of centrosome protein (centrin) in spermatozoa of male human infertility

To study the relations between male infertility and centrosome protein (centrin) and the functions of centrin in spermatogenesis, the matured spermatozoa of 10 normal male people and 18 male infertility patients were stained by immunofluorescence labeling antibody against centrin. The results showed that two fluorescence signal dots appeared in the normal male spermatozoa and were located at the base of flagellum. They are proximal centriole and distal centriole. However, in some spermatozoa of the male infertility, centrin protein was located abnormally at the base of flagellum and its staining signals were spread, the normal proximal and distal centrioles were confused and could not be recognized separately. These results suggest that abnormality of centrosome protein may be related to male infertility. This discovery may be used as a marker of abnormal sperm and male infertility.     

Molecular mechanisms in male determination and germ cell differentiation

Sex determination and gametogenesis are key processes in human reproduction, and any defect can lead to infertility. We describe here the molecular mechanisms of male sex determination and testis formation; defects in sex determination lead to a female phenotype despite the presence of a Y chromosome, more rarely to a male phenotype with XX chromosomes, or to intersex phenotypes. Interestingly, these phenotypes are often associated with other developmental malformations. In testis, spermatozoa are produced from renewable stem cells in a complex differentiation process called spermatogenesis. Gene expression during spermatogenesis differs to a surprising degree from gene expression in somatic cells, and we discuss here mechanistic differences and their effect on the differentiation process and male fertility.Received 23 January 2004; received after revision 30 March 2004; accepted 6 April 2004

不明原因不育症的病因学研究

应用定时曝光显微摄影法(TEP)对32例有生育力的正常男性与50例不明原因不育症患者进行精子运动特征的客观评价与分析,并同时进行精子形态学检查、精子膜 WGA 受体值测定和血清、精浆、精子膜抗精子抗体的免疫学检测。病因学研究表明,单纯由免疫因素所致不育的患者所占比例很小;不育组在精子膜 WGA 受体值上与正常对照组无显著差异;而在精子形态与运动功能方面有显著差异;导致某些不明原因不育症患者不育的因素可能是单一因素,也可能是二种以上对生育有影响的因素。TEP 是客观.定量评价精子运幼功能的一种较理想的方法,可检测出用常规精子活力评价方法难以查出的精子运动功能缺陷。在14项精子运动特征指标中,有6项指标在对照与不育组间存在显著差异,其中2项与精子畸形率的增加存在显著的负相关性(P<0.01)。
