动物试验方法的专利申请

 为判断动物试验方法是否具备实用性，分析了中国关于实用性的相关规定，通过4个典型案例对动物试验方法是否属于非治疗目的的外科手术方法、是否具备实用性进行了分析，总结判断标准并给出了撰写权利要求的建议。在撰写动物试验方法的专利申请时，应当注意该方法的目的及该方法是否包含外科手术步骤，并针对该方法的不同情况采用不同的撰写策略。     

Recent advances and challenges in materials for 3D bioprinting

3D bioprinting has been developed as a promising technology in a wide variety of biomedical applications. However, the successful implementation of bioprinting is still heavily restricted by the relatively narrow range of printable and biocompatible materials. Recently, many comprehensive reviews of the main bioprinting methods, commonly used bioprinting materials and the trending bioprinting applications have been carried out. In this review, we focused on the trends in the development of materials for 3D bioprinting. The significance and recent advances of ECM-based materials, multi-material and stimuli-responsive materials for bioprinting were summarized successively. Moreover, the challenges in current studies and future perspectives of materials for 3D bioprinting were discussed.     

基于交通信号灯信息的混合动力汽车节能预测控制方法

针对传统混合动力汽车控制方法不考虑已知道路交通信号灯信息对车辆能量管理影响的问题,提出了基于交通信号灯信息的混合动力汽车节能预测控制智能优化策略。通过建立混合动力汽车系统的简化模型,并采用连续广义最小残量方法求解模型预测控制问题。运用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果验证了交通信号灯信息模型的有效性,以及所设计的模型预测控制算法大幅度提高混合动力汽车的燃油经济性的能力和实时控制性能。研究结果表明所提出的控制策略可以实现车辆行驶轨迹的优化控制,显著提高了车辆的燃油经济性,并满足系统的实时最优控制要求。     

电路特性的PSpice仿真方法比较

应用PSpice仿真软件的两种仿真方法,分析了串联型直流稳压电源的性能,比较了这两种仿真分析方法各自的优点.电路仿真实验表明,熟练掌握数种电路仿真方法是十分必要的,仿真方法对电路分析具有实际意义和作用.     

谈家庭害虫的危害及防治

家庭是人们生活居住的重要场所，伴人而居的害虫影响到人们的生活质量。因此，采用环境卫生防治、保管技术防治、化学防治、物理与机械防治、人工捕杀害虫等措施，能够有效地改善家庭生活环境。     

空气自动站监测与传统监测方法测定值的对比分析

为保证不同监测方法下监测数据的连续性、可比性以及正确判断环境空气变化规律，通过自动监测与传统的连续监测、五日法监测方法进行实验对比分析，找出传统方法与自动监测定值之间的偏差，探讨产生偏差的原因。     

托梁换柱技术在某砖混结构住宅改造中的应用

介绍了某砖混结构的住宅在旧城区改造过程中,运用托梁换柱的技术,将底层外墙拆除,改建为商铺的设计、施工等情况.     

地理新课程中环境教育的定位、目标与教学策略

地理课程在环境教育中承担主渠道作用。针对目前地理学科教学渗透环境教育模式成效不明显的现状，分析了两者目标的融合性，并提出了有效的教学策略。     

Solving Non-Uniqueness in Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering Using Multidendrograms

In agglomerative hierarchical clustering, pair-group methods suffer from a problem of non-uniqueness when two or more distances between different clusters coincide during the amalgamation process. The traditional approach for solving this drawback has been to take any arbitrary criterion in order to break ties between distances, which results in different hierarchical classifications depending on the criterion followed. In this article we propose a variable-group algorithm that consists in grouping more than two clusters at the same time when ties occur. We give a tree representation for the results of the algorithm, which we call a multidendrogram, as well as a generalization of the Lance andWilliams’ formula which enables the implementation of the algorithm in a recursive way.
