高职生“学习参与度”对创新创业核心素养的影响机制研究

通过对523名高职学生进行实地调研,探析“学习参与度”对学生创新创业核心素养的影响机制。结果显示:课程建设、教师引导、资源支持对学习心理参与度影响显著;教师引导、资源支持、社会实践对学习行为参与度影响显著。学习参与度显著影响创业意识、创新精神、创业能力。提出优化对策:重视学生创新创业核心素养的培养;提高学生创新创业学习参与度;人际互动提升学习心理参与度;协同培育提高学习行为参与度。     

剃齿时齿形中凹现象的形成机理

本文综合啮合原理、微分几何和弹性力学的基础理论,对剃齿过程中刀具齿面和被剃齿轮齿面间的失配进行了分析。最后利用径向力求出了齿面间的压切量,从而解释并验证了剃齿过程中产生的齿形中凹现象。这对提高剃齿精度、降低噪音有着重要意义。     

Systems and organizations: Distal and proximal thinking

The paper introduces the contributions to this special issue ofSystems Practice on Systems and Organizations: New Directions in terms ofdistal andproximal thinking. Distal thinking refers to ready-made concepts, to the finished effects and outcomes of thought and action; proximal thinking, to process and event, to the continuous and unfinished. The papers presented here deal with various aspects of the distal/proximal distinction in social systems and organizations, and especially draw out the implications of recent work in information technology, sociology of technology, accounting theory, and organization studies for a proximal conception of systems and organizations.     

Between meaning culture and presence effects: contemporary biomedical objects as a challenge to museums

The acquisition and display of material artefacts is the raison d’être of museums. But what constitutes a museum artefact? Contemporary medicine (biomedicine) is increasingly producing artefacts that do not fit the traditional museological understanding of what constitutes a material, tangible artefact. Museums today are therefore caught in a paradox. On the one hand, medical science and technologies are having an increasing pervasive impact on the way contemporary life is lived and understood and is therefore a central part of the contemporary world. On the other hand, the objects involved in medical diagnostics and therapies are becoming increasingly invisible and intangible and therefore seem to have no role to play as artefacts in a museum context. Consequently, museums are at risk of becoming alienated from an increasingly important part of contemporary society. This essay elaborates the paradox by employing Gumbrecht’s (2004) distinction between ‘presence’ and ‘meaning’.     

一种基于DIS/HLA仿真的空对地作战效果评估方法

空对地作战效果的分析与评估,是空防对抗仿真训练系统的一个核心组成和难点问题。通过深入研究,提出了一种基于D IS/HLA仿真的、将空中进攻过程划分为若干赋权子阶段的空对地作战效果评估方法,可实现航空兵对地整体作战效果与对不同地面目标作战效果的评估。实际应用表明,该方法具有较强的实用性与较高的可信度。     

渐开线齿形链机构的啮合机理

基于齿轮齿条机构的啮合理论,研究了渐开线齿形链机构的啮合机理．分析了渐开线齿形链轮和链条的啮合状态,得出了变位系数的求解公式,发现变位系数与齿数和节距有关,并给出了变位系数的变化曲线．对渐开线齿形链轮的根切状态进行了研究,求解了不发生根切的最小齿数．研究了渐开线链轮的最小变位系数和唯一变位系数,发现链轮节距为9．525mm时,最小齿数应为17．基于包络原理和坐标变换公式,确定了渐开线齿廓和齿根圆之间过渡曲线的方程．求解变位系数和最小齿数的方法可适用于所有节距的齿形链机构．

简述了切削用量对刀具耐用度的影响程度,叙述了在零件加工过程中合理的选取切削用量和合适的刀具耐用度,对于提高机械加工的效率有很大的作用.     

试论当代大学生社会实践的创新

大学生社会实践是大学生素质培养的重要途径。目前我国正处于社会转型期,大学生社会实践要结合社会发展趋势和当代大学生发展需求,丰富大学生社会实践形式,挖掘大学生社会实践潜能,激活大学生社会实践活力,增强大学生社会实践韧性。形式、内容、活力、韧性四者有机结合是当代大学生社会实践创新的思路。     

Action Research for Sustainable Water Futures in Western Sydney: Reaching Beyond Traditional Stakeholder Engagement to Understand Community Stakeholder Language and Its Implications for Action

Action on issues of ecological significance often requires changes in personal behaviour and political consensus on technologies to support these changes. Unfortunately, many consultation processes only engage a narrow range of stakeholders, usually those professionally engaged or already active on a range of community issues. This paper illustrates how people who are ‘hard to reach’ or seen as ‘apathetic’ might be engaged using ‘action-conversations’ that explore the social climate for action and how scientific/technical messages can be framed in the language of the community.

本文发表了齿轮传动在运行过程中的当量啮合效率η_v、和齿面当量摩擦系数μ的测定方法。并介绍用“DCS150型齿轮试验装置”进行圆柱渐开线齿轮传动的总效率η、η,和μ的部份测试结果。
