螺栓连接大变形梁非线性振动特性的实验研究

柔性机械臂、大型可展开天线等机械结构的动作精度受运动过程中大变形几何非线性和连接处接触非线性的影响十分显著。以含螺栓连接结构的大变形梁作为研究对象，针对动力学建模和振动特性开展了实验研究，通过数值计算验证了实验发现的非线性振动特性。搭建了含螺栓连接柔性大变形梁的实验台架，开展了敲击和正弦激振的实验测试。实验结果表明，螺栓连接的柔性梁较连续梁的（无螺栓连接）模态频率降低，阻尼增加，反映出随着激励能量增大，模态频率降低的非线性模态特征。改变螺栓连接位置会显著影响结构的模态频率，其变化规律可由求解线性矩阵特征值定性反映。     

Ecological notes of the alien species Godiva quadricolor (Gastropoda: Nudibranchia) occurring in Faro Lake (Italy)

The first record from Sicily of the introduced facelinid nudibranch Godiva quadricolor allowed the detection of trophic relationships with the polycerid Polycera hedgpethi, another non-native nudibranch, and with two bryozoan species, namely the naturalized Cheilostomatida Bugula neritina and the cryptogenic Ctenostomatida Amathia verticillata. The settlement of both nudibranchs was presumably promoted by a trophic shift of P. hedgpethi from the natural prey B. neritina towards the largely available and not exploited A. verticillata. This short food web, without evident links with native fauna and having G. quadricolor as the top predator, is described. A DNA barcoding approach was used to confirm the identity of this facelinid species and to explore the possible genetic divergence occurring among the samples analysed.     

巨灾风险大数据处理应急分类、分解、分拣算法与应用

本文主要研究巨灾风险大数据处理的应急分类、分解、分拣算法,给出了相应的算法原理和可操作的步骤.首先根据巨灾风险大数据灾害规模巨大的特征,提出了一种用来解决巨灾风险大数据中一级事件的应急分类与二级事件及以下更低级事件的应急分解算法,并以特大地震灾害作为实例进行了算法应用.接着定义了事故灾难度,用来对巨灾风险大数据处理过程中,对各种级别的事故灾难后果进行不同的数字标识.然后提出一种用来解决巨灾风险中大数据快速处理的应急分拣算法,并在汶川地震中大规模灾害的应急救援计划中进行应用.经过采用这样的应急分拣原理,就可以在面对巨灾风险大数据的复杂、繁多和零乱的重灾事件状态下,使整个应急救援方案优化,并能够有条不紊地进行救援.     

基于回转输运试验的煤散料离散元接触参数修正

为获取精确的刮板输送机离散元模拟结果，基于回转输运试验，通过响应面法对煤料的接触参数进行修正.采用Plackett-Burman试验考察接触参数对受力及堆积角的影响，发现煤-钢静摩擦系数、煤-煤摩擦系数具有显著正效应.根据爬坡试验结果，以受力及堆积角为响应值规划Box-Behnken试验，建立受力、堆积角与显著项间的二次回归多项式，以实测数据为目标值求得最佳参数:煤-钢静摩擦系数为0.401，煤-煤静摩擦系数为0.333，煤-煤滚动摩擦系数为0.041.通过不同输运条件下的回转试验验证了参数的准确性，为刮板输送机的离散元研究提供参考.     

Abrupt climate change：Debate or action

Global abrupt climate changes have been documented by various climate records, including ice cores, ocean sediment cores, lake sediment cores, cave deposits, loess deposits and pollen records. The climate system prefers to be in one of two stable states, i.e. interstadial or stadial conditions, but not in between. The transition between two states has an abrupt character. Abrupt climate changes are, in general, synchronous in the northern hemisphere and tropical regions. The timescale for abrupt climate changes can be as short as a decade. As the impacts may be potentially serious, we need to take actions such as reducing CO2 emissions to the atmosphere.     

多系统安装问题的研究

针对当前多系统安装引导工具在实际使用中存在的不同操作系统间的互扰问题，提出了多系统安装的新思路，通过不同操作系统拥有各自独立的C盘，解决了多系统安装中的互扰问题，真正实现了单机多系统的相互独立，对微机多系统安装研究具有一定的参考价值。     

轴的不平衡度对轴承振动的影响

利用分析力学方法建立了外圈有波纹度的球轴承振动模型，并求出了响应。分析了当轴存在不平衡度时对轴承的频谱特性的影响，指出了随着不平衡度的增加，轴承振动产生了新的频率分量。数值仿真结果与其他文献中的实验结论一致。

Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

Growth hormone signal transduction

Growth hormone (GH) promotes animal growth by stimulating bone and cartilage cell proliferation, and influences carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Some of these effects are brought about indirectly via somatomedin induction in hepatocytes, others by acting directly on the target cells. In either case, GH first binds to specific receptors on cells to trigger a sequence of biochemical events culminating in a biological response. Recently much has been learnt about the molecular structure of GH receptor, its binding to ligand, and the ensuing signal transduction events.
